This month marks the beginning of Launer’s Leadership Development Program (LDP).

The Program started with SESI’s partnership, in which 6 meetings with 3 themes will be held, namely: Leadership and Mental Health, Culture and Well-Being, and Leader in Action. The program will continue throughout the year with many themes.

Developing leaders means taking care of people, enabling self-knowledge, and understanding the role of a leader in creating a healthy environment, adding to better results.

The LDP focuses on the necessary competencies and abilities, with theoretical content and practical activities.
